Manufactured from high-purity refrigeration-grade copper tubing, it is suitable for use with modern high-pressure refrigerants including R410A, R32, and R454B when installed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local mechanical codes.

Copper is the industry standard for HVAC refrigerant piping due to its high thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, durability, and compatibility with elevated operating pressures found in inverter-driven heat pump systems. Its strength-to-weight ratio and formability allow precise bending, clean routing, and long-term structural reliability in residential and light commercial applications.

This line is supplied unflaired to allow certified HVAC technicians to perform on-site flaring matched to the exact system requirements. Field flaring ensures proper seating surfaces, correct torque application, and secure mechanical connections when paired with manufacturer-approved flare nuts and torque specifications. Proper installation practices such as pressure testing and deep vacuum evacuation to micron-level standards are required to ensure system performance and longevity.
